Wisconsin photog Amy Bruss was the perfect client for one our branding makeovers. Her photography business was doing “okay,” but it wasn’t growing the way she had hoped. Likewise, her branding wasn’t anything dynamic and was in need of a complete overhaul. Amy was ready to take the branding plunge. So, she started the process of finding someone to take her and her company to the next level. We are SO glad she found us!
When Amy reached out to Braizen, we decided she needed a complete re-branding. She needed a new name, a new look, and a new brand attitude that better-matched her business goals. The process has been a lot of fun! For her name, we wanted something that was sophisticated and classic with just a pinch of whimsy. We played with a lot of ideas until Amy remembered a family heirloom that held a lot of meaning for her and her mother – a thistle broach that had travelled with the family from Scotland. With a little brainstorming and some collaborative creativity Thistle and Muse was born. Soon, we realized the design potential around the strong visual element of the thistle. The work really took off from there and Amy (and our Braizen team) couldn’t be happier. We can’t wait to show off her new custom blogsite too… coming soon!
