Monica’s Lucky Day

Boston lifestyle photog Monica Day was gearing up for a big move to a new city and a new market when she first contacted us about developing a new brand. She knew she wanted something fresh and fun to attract young couples and high school seniors in the Boston area. As a military spouse, she also knew that she needed a look that had broad appeal so that it would translate well to other markets when the time came to move again. Lucky for her, we knew just what to do … that is, we knew just how to translate her vision into the strong, retro look she was hoping for and a brand identity that will serve her needs for years to come. We had a lot of fun working with Monica on this project. She has such a vibrant, kind personality that we really think we’re the lucky ones for getting the chance to collaborate with her on this design. Everything from the logo to the funky patterns are a reflection of what really was a great time in the Braizen office. The real joy is knowing that Monica is so happy with what we created for her. You could say that the day she contacted us was everyone’s lucky day.

Here’s what Monica had to say…

I contacted Braizen with the idea of having my logo redone. I fell in love with their work and just knew they were right for me. I knew I’d need more than a logo so why not have them brand me up with some awesomeness. After my initial logo and elements were done (or close to done) I decided on some collateral pieces. I was always looking forward to seeing that email from Walter, Ashley or Alicja in my inbox. My heart would flutter at the excitement yet to come!! Each and every time I saw something they’d created for me I was even more impressed. They knew what I was thinking before I even told them. They learned how I talk and translated that into my pieces. I am so happy with every step of the process and can’t stop smiling at of the awesome fabulousness I see each and every time I look at what Braizen has done for me. I feel like I am a part of the family now! How in the world will I keep from coming back?
